Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Returned items will be issued store credit only.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with original tags attached.
• Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

• Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
• We will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

How to Start A Return

1. Email us at support@aniselianaclothing.store with your order number and reason for return.
   
2. We’ll send return instructions and the return address.
   
3. Once your item is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
